Happy Anniversary Rashmi … all the very best!.

You have an awesome voice that shined in this melodious number. With a voice like this you can do wonders … but if I may say so you need more practice in those classical harquats.

The notes for “Jalte Hain” were doubtful and the “Tereliye” finish needs better knowledge. Your sense of sruthi, short curves and harquats are absolutely fine. But when a longer embellishment is called for there is some doubt in your voice and not all the nuances come through clearly. With persistent practice you can hone your voice to deliver the longer sangathis with perfection I feel. It would be a marvel with a voice like yours if that is achieved and I look forward to hearing that in the near future.

Great rendering of a great song. Watched this movie ‘Kaiyoppu’ recently in which kushboo is acting in the scene and gayatri had sung beautifully. You have rendered with the same mood and feelings. some of the songs sound great with out backing of instruments. This song is of that genre.
