Wow! I was not expecting such response. Especially from Harish bhai and Thinkal sir. They are ardent fans and great singers of Rafi saab’s songs so was expecting another round of questioning from Harish bhai about what I am trying to do here. Ha ha ha. But am pleasantly surprised that it is well liked with all it’s problems. Very hard song. I know god sang it softly but meri “aukat” hi nahin hai ki us tarah se gaun. May be after I mature some I will try it in softer voice. Another reason is I don’t get good feedback in my earphone while singing so have to push it or may be I have some hearing problem :). I have identified some expensive equipment but before I aquire it I have to get better otherwise I will sound worse with it picking up all the faults :)

Nice pick for this month of May as his anniversary is on May 27th (1964)….and nice attempt at this difficult song where every stanza is different.

Kaushik bhai, RK bhai, Harry bhai, Sojan bhai, Paras ji, Harshan bhai, Khawer bhai and Shani bhai thank you so much for liking my attempt at this tough song. This is one hard song and I always wanted to sing this. In a couple of months will try this again. Hope to get better.
Paras ji, I can’t believe you said my range is nice. Couple of months ago I couldn’t go even a little higher my voice would crack. I feel improvements now. I got the trailing “Z” advice will keep that in mind. When attempting hard songs I get overwhelmed and let things fall off but as I practice more will get better at this. Thanks again for your support.
