That was an excellent performance on this beautiful song. Very nice expressions….you did not seem out of place with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan :) From an improvement aspect i think you should try to improve your breathing….breathing gives power to voice and control and if you learn proper breathing technique your renditions will sound even better :) Keep singing :) 5/5 :)

Agree to TARA, energy could have been better alongwith mixing……some timing issues were heard……just a tad which is noticeable in the mukhda as u were a tad off on the beats……But nevertheless, good attempt……good singing….I just love the rajasthani chorus part in the between….its beautiful…….keep it up girl….

I was in fact avoiding to post a comment here as I too had a role in creating this song – I did the mixing. Anyway I am here with whatever i felt about the song.

At the outset I thank all those who pointed out the need to improve the mixing. I will try and hope I to do a better mixing next time….

Regarding Priyanka’s song and her singing, I have always felt she sings better without a microphone before her. This is a quality she has inherited from me along with some of the good qualities. Hope she is able to sing as good as she sings otherwise, while recording too…

In addition i felt she needed to improve her diction. Hope she concentrates more on her practice…

I really liked your voice. To me, the breathless parts actually sound very nice…. i listened to the song back to back three times.

why not have another version the mixing little more improper so that it actually sounds like a gramophone? I am sure it will sound charming as well.
