Very Interesting experiment ……liked it very much. In fact the transition from 1 song to the other was done perfectly without that split second delay ……amazing control over the accordion……keep it up. Its a shame that they dont use this vibrant instrument in the new arrangements ….in Hindi movies.

Well the yamaha,roland,casio all HAVE quietly muffled the Life out of the Accordion-but have you noted that recently its quietly coming back-AR Rahman used it and recently in What’s Your Rashee its prominently controlled a full song!

Kya baat hai Ram sahab! Loved your experiment, the playing and selection of the songs.
The transitions were nicely done and gave smooth hearing.
Rightly said by you, the Key board has replaced some instruments due to mere convinience. But it does not really give enjoyment of real instruments such as Accordian, Guitars and flute. Probably that’s why the original instruments are making a come back with talented MDs. We can’t forget the way Shankar-Jaikishan, S.D Burman duo or S.D. Burmanji utilized the magic of accordian.
