nice one Meena….heard occasional use of Pitch bend…nice….BTW E 403 has a decent violin tone……the kinda church organ tone,even as is nice,takes away a bit of the beauty.well done kids….again….how did you record it?

Very good rendition!

Something I have noticed with the carnatic keyboardists is, they don’t play chords with their left hand while they are playing the melody with the right hand. Chords will add a lot of beauty to the melody. But from a carnatic music stand point, may be I am breaking some rules here. They are too young yo do it right now. But, I would suggest you to encourage your kids to learn chords as they grow up and compose their own chord progressions for the different songs.

Enjoyed listening to this rendition. They have done a very nice job. They maintained the pace and the thaalam very well. “kaatril asaindhadum kodi polavum….” pitch bend usage was particularly good. The mridangam accompaniment was very nice to listen to as well. Is that from a professional recording or did some one play that along with the boys?
