Lovely pic and good singing on this beautiful song.
I share a great memory with this song as the “female with the mic” on whom this song is picturised in the movie WAQT is my aunt……my dad’s real sister……

whenever i used to meet her in Mumbai, ill sing this for her and she used to tell me the whole story abt the song, abt sunil dutt……so it was so much fun……

Its written by great lyrisict Saahir ( magician) ludhyaanvi( Ludhiyana stat of Punjab) One of my mucis lover friend he presented book about Sahirs Life…and authour describes situation about this song…He was came in india bombay city to settel but after few years there was partation situation if india and pakistan…so that tiime his mother lost in camps so he went to find her…and that time…while he was in search of mother he ispire these song…about time…AAGE bhi jane na tu, Pichhe bhi Jane na tu…Jo bhi hai bas yehi ek pal hai…
