Ramarao Mysore belongs to a family of musicians. He has been singing from the tender age of five and had his initial training in classical music from his mother Smt.Madhura Satyaraj and his advanced training from the internationally renowned musician Sri.T.V Gopalakrishnan.
He is currently under the tutelage of Smt.Usha Char, a leading Teacher/Vocalist in the Washington Metro area. He is also equally at home singing for dance and light music.
He has performed extensively both in India and the US and is a regular with the Kalamandapam School of Dance and has performed for them at The Kennedy Center twice. He has to his credit a devotional CD ‘Geethanjali’ dedicated to the deities in the Sri Siva Vishnu Temple in Maryland, USA.
