It is a pleasure to listen to this song in your voice. Nice feel. You do have a nice, steady voice. I will leave the discussion of recording to all the “Quincy Jones” of this forum. A couple of places tested your breath and that gave it a live-one stretch singing feel.

Madhukarji ….great song pick of Kishoreda. Very good singing, its not an easy song to cover. Here you have displayed good breath control to a great extent…improvement areas would be to enhance the feel of the song by voice modulations….liked your attempt.

Madhukar ji thanks so much for mentioning my name again for this mixing…. Just listened to it again after you tweaked the mixing effects a bit…. I loved your singing like I told while checking the mixing and it somehow forced me to sing this song as well :) soon I’ll sing this one…. you sang it beautifully and like you asked for I’ll share points for improvement with your permission; When singing please keep mouth bit far from the mic like 6-12 inch away as required …. a little more reverb was missing that can be added…. finally a better breath control and modulation on sustaining notes can make your rendition more good. I look forward to listen to more of such songs in your voice…. keep sharing like that :) Thanks

@ Madhukar Ji… a very nice effort… definitely some visible improvement in your recording… you have a very intense voice suited for pathos numbers…. like mukesh ji’s voice had pathos inbuilt into it… with a little more of feel you can enhance your rendition to a greater plane… good going… :)
