Hello Jane!!!
This is Malayalam Pure Classical isn’t it??? By the way its hell of a difficult song as much I can understand it…. However the song stops palying after 03:14 secs…. Do you have the original song coz I have not heard the original one…. I think there are three places where the Sur went a little off colour…. Apart from that its flawless…. Wonderfully done…. Its actually the first Malayalam song I have ever heard…. Jesus….very difficult song…. Never the less congrats for successfully singing this song…. Keep it up…. n keep sharing…. I would rate this 9.8/10….Very nice….

Hi Jane,

I could visualise a dancer oozing the expressions in the south indian style, with your song in the background. Wow! … very nice and you have shown your classical mettle in this one. The raagamaalika was a subtle one and you handled it with ease and controlled grace.

The Sur issue that has been noted above is quite minor and more due to a mildly rusty throat threading its way through the transition of notes … finally resting in its designated place!. However, the tampura was loud and had an excessive bass element that quarrelled with your voice!. The passive partner in music must be compatible with the voice and best kept in the background (not to be confused with real life partners!).

The song file seems to carry on silently after your singing for several minutes which suggests that it has not been terminiated correctly when you mixed it … a minor issue that nevertheless leaves the listener bemused!.

Love this song and the movie. Great attempt Jane, you could have sung this in the original thallam, this was slower than the original.

I do not understand anything of Malayalam, but your divine voice and rendition was soul stirring.

I could feel Divine intervention in the song. Is this song related to Lord Krishna, I could see Lord Krishna dance to your voice and rendition.

Thoroughly enjoyed your rendition! Reminds me of the days when Grandpa used to take me to the festivals to watch dances or kathakali. Your approach to the song had the kathakali patham kinda feel.
