Thanks a lot for keeping my request and doing it so beautifully. As I said earlier, ur vocals in such songs sounds the BEST. I liked your honest effort, a lot.

Apart from the good words:), there were some issues I found which you could consider towards bettering in the future.

The start was shaky “Dooriyaan” modulations could have been better and much smoother. The start of the antaras were kinda flat in their landings which could be more improved for smoothness for a listener.

You got the feel of the song SPOT-ON and justified the song almost to the T with the minor flaws stated above. Also Mixing could have been better wrt to the vocals blending with the track.

But still all that said, very commendable effort. I appreciate ur attempt and wish you goodluck for the future.

Have seen the movie and I liked it too :)……so I have heard the original too however I am not too familiar with the song……

Now about your rendition…among all the covers you have done , THIS IS YOUR BEST period. Theres a marked improvement in your pitching too……very very few minor offnotes , that can be taken care of . I am very happy with the way you have sung this song Harry sir….Hats off to your attitude , 5/5 and it goes to my favourite and reasons are many….

I havent heard this song before, but definitely has Mohit Chauhan written all over it. I think you’ve done very well in the feel dept. However there were problems with pitch as others have pointed out. You should try and focus on strengthening your control of pitch. Overall a commendable effort!

I think you’ve got a greater amount of feel in your voice than many people who I have heard. You even put in your own nuances in between which make the song sound different and fresh.

For this song particularly, i think you did a great job. Carried it off really well. The mood – the temperament – the emotions – basically, the works.

Improvement pointers, though, have already been pointed out. Am sure if you take care of those nitty-gritties, this will be a really rocking cover version of the song… !!! :D

Hi Harry
I never listened to this song before so its fresh song for me. You sounded cool. Other points are already mentioned above like pitching, slip of notes here and then and I’d also add diction which needs correct pronunciation. I have noticed many ppl ignore diction which is v surprising for me as words are the real beauty of any lyrics, if not performed well they sound distasteful. This is my opinion which others may not agree with.

Hi Harry,

Well, I liked this one too but not that much as of the earlier upload. I like things to be simple and with such songs it works. Too much backing vocal/harmonies/mixing effects sometimes kill it.

Also the earlier was good because it had fewer pitching issues. I can see a lot of pitching issues in this rendition as compared to the earlier upload.

But still, i appreciate u going the extra mile to perfect this one, Sadly, it wasn’t the case. But I wish you good luck for all the future songs.
