Harry bhai…. one of my fav ghazal and also in my coming numbers….so great choice here for singing bhai…. and you sang it beautifully…. taken all required modulation and pauses and properly filled in expressions and feelings…. awesome work…. just one thing…. I feel the vocal was a bit lower than music track…… anyhow just keep sharing like that bro.

Harry….Nice attempt at this classic ghazal of Jagjit ji… Loved the feel in the singing… You should be singing more ghazals… Before the third antara there is a humming to be sung, which you omitted… Would have been better if you had attempted that too…

While listening this ghazal from JS for the first time I was so intrigued that how come I have a feeling that I might have heard a similar melody some where before. After a long search with the intro musical piece in this ghazal, I came to know of a song that has similar (but not the same)intro piano that I had heard a long time ago. I appreciated the efforts of Jagjit Singh as to how brilliantly he converted that into his own composition. I am very certain he was aware of that song for which I am attaching the link here.
