Friends, uploading a song after a long time….a farmaish by dear friend Saroj….
This song needs no introduction. Will easily come in the ‘Golden Collection’ series of Rafisaab or Nayyarsaab.
am aware of a couple of issues in my rendition. lowering my internal QC a bit, as I see no point in uploading 3 songs in a year while aiming for perfection!
would appreciate your ‘well-intentioned’ feedback whether sugar-coated or not ;)

Dear Harish yar subse achhi aapki Urdu adaeygi main lagi bikul saaf aur shusta. Mere nazdik ye #1 hai baqi sub isske baad. Geet bohut achha aur madhur andaz main gaaya bus “MACHAL GAYA” ko bhi ussi andaz main ga deite tu maza dobala ho jaata. Shayad yehi woh issue hai jisko aapne point out kiya hai laikin hum konse Tansen hain!!!Lol. Total perfection ke chakkar main na padna laikin perfection ki taraf koshish zaroor karte rehna. Aapki awaz main sunkar bohut sukoon mehsoos hua.

Harish bhai, 5 mahine gayab and what a song to come back. Loved ur diction a lot, you have a very non-chalant way of rendering notes, very much like Rafi Saab:) I agree with Naqvi sir, perfection ke chakkar mein you lose out on the fun you have while recording. So post more and have all the fun and enjoy singing:) even when it comes at the expense of quality:)

@Naqvi saab, you are right about ‘machal gaya’. agar aap NVK sir ka ye gaana sunenge, to unhone ‘gayaa’ bahut unda tareeke se gaya hai. ‘haseen’ ka pronunciation se bhi main khush nahin hun, aur stanza uthaane mein thodi takleef huvi :( lekin ye sab chhoti baatein hai. aapka pyar aur hosla afzai mere liye bohut hai!

Welcome back Harish bhai….love this song and as its a gem. Isko near perfect karne jayega tho hum log ko ek saal bhi shayad kam padh jayega……:) However we can only give our best shot sincerly without punching or patching….if not anyone else we are happy inside that today we have attempted a gem decently….hai ki nahi :)
Always loved your voice and love the way you attempt Rafi songs….in your own voice. If I may point out it would be that the overall dynamics could be improved in this song….but other than that beautiful singing…………to favs !! Now dont wait for one more year …LOL

Harish bhai…. great selection of the gems of Mohammad Rafi and performed well too…. I really enjoyed it in your voice and would second my comments to Naqvi saheb…. I feel you could do that modulation on “gaya” had you tried it a few more times because sometimes you get used to some notes bit late. I also felt you a bit faster on first “jahan jahan” but you were good on the repeated one. Anyhow none of what mentioned steals the show from you and it was really enjoyable performance. Keep sharing like that bhai.

Harish bhai – pehla note suna to aisa laga jaise Rafi sahab ka hi version hai. Wonderful singing …… loved the diction, thehraao, voice clarity and murkis the most.
