Brain Stem Lyrics & Chords

Written because of a proposition passed by millions of citizens in California that, with a single federal judge, was considered to conflict with the US Federal Government. Later, the judge reversed their decision and the proposition was enacted.

That proposition? Medical Marijuana.

Based on the idea that an implant device, called a brain stem, is used to enhance learning with a side affect. It causes extreem pleasure when listening to music.
