This time I am in an unfamiliar zone with a female song (that too a cabaret song)which many male singers would despise. I dont care as long as I like what I sing. This particular song is the only cabaret number Lata Mangeshkar ji has sung in her illustrious career. That domain was reserverd for her younger sister Asha Bhosle ji. Lata ji proved through this song that she can sing such songs also which many thought she would not be able to do justice to. Celebrated music director duo Lakshmikant Pyarelal composed this titillating number on lyrics of Rajinder Krishan ji in this charming movie which had lead roles by Sanjay Khan and Sadhana. Cabaret dance was performed by uncomparable Helen ji and it was picturised very imaginatively with a caged black animal look-alike man being aroused by the dancer.
