Rasaathi Unna Kaanaadha Nenjil - Instrumental by Arvind
Rasaathi Unna Kaanaadha Nen... Lyrics & Chords
I play the keyboard a bit and here goes an instrumental version of this song using my Yamaha keyboard. I got inspired listening to Tailgunner’s guitar play this wonderful song and wanted to try it too. Ilayaraja … hats off! … what a score!.
The voice I chose on the keyboard was a rock guitar as I thought it sounded nice for this song.
Hope you like it … your comments are most welcome!.

Good attempt, though could be better. I felt some sangatis did not come right as it should have. Also I felt you could have chosen a different instrument for this song instead of Rock guitar – my view, may differ from person to person…
Keep trying more on the key board and do share them…

Hi Arvind, Very nice one. ‘Thedudhu’ was slightly different everytime, nevertheless enjoyable.
Listen to my covers:

Thanks NVK for your encouragement. I think the rock guitar tone probably put you off?. Anyway, I enjoyed the output that I was able to produce. Good to know feedback and thanks.
Thanks Ramya and glad you enjoyed it … yes “thedudhu” was different deliberately. Cheers.

Thanks Subbu :-) Sometimes get drawn into the lure and joy of playing the KB!. When I was about 8 I learnt the Veena for a few years and even back then I used to love playing light tunes on it instead of practising the classical stuff!. Self taught KB in later years gave me the treasure of being in touch with the notes!.
Glad you liked it and the pitch bender got a bit of a workout to the best of my ability, although limited on the KB as you know!. The key of this is Em but I had to adjust the pitch by about 9 cents upwards (100 cents in a half step as you know), to fine tune to the track … to the best my ears heard it!.
Cheers Subbu.
