A quiet Sunday (after a long time) inspired me to record this song; This is a quick one take recording and a humble effort!. Hope you like it!.
For those of you not familiar with Tamil, this song is about a good man turned crook philosophising about life and his predicament; he says “what’s life?! Don’t worry man! We are all doing and feeling the same old things! etc. etc.” He is drunk too and I think you get the drift!.
The movie Thappu Thaalangal was a movie by K. Balachander in 1978 starring Rajini and Saritha. It was pretty forward for its time portraying the dark truths about society. Vijaya Bhasker (Kannada fame) was the music director and his style is pretty unique and catchy!. Sung by the evergreen SP Bala in his own unique genius style!.

Arvind, Ennada Pollatha is good….good timing of releasing the song….heard some of the Arvind magic of the UK days….some areas are flat…so, watch that. You need to watch your throat….it is sounding hoarse at times….do you smoke? Do some throat exercises and drink lot of hot water with honey and ginger. All the best and have fun. Ravi

Wow….enna style pa. great voice with gravity. You have coolness call it flow but so confident as it flows and you improvise it.
