Anirban ….one more version of this great song ….honestly I just loved your rendition ….because it has a lot of soul ….dil se gaya dost ….loved the expressions ….loved your voice and mix. There were a few offnotes felt batlatha was a bit shaky and also the transit to the high notes from paPAA mujhe …neverthless enjoyed every bit of it.

Give you full marks for this soulful rendition ….and also goes to my favourites.

Hey Anirban: Your soft voice is apt for this song. But there are definitely a lot of off- notes. Even the first word in the song “Mein” is a tad bit off. The line “jab bhi kabhi, papa mujhe” is off too. I presume you are listening to yourself thru heaadphones while recording.

I won’t point out the mistakes as they are already pointed out……the positives are that the soul of the song was maintained……good job……I have sung the same song and can vouch that getting the feel of the song is difficult……and u did a great job……concentrate more on the sur and u will be fine……

I liked this cover for one main reason – the feel! I thought you did a splendid job portraying the emotions. I agree with others about the off notes. There were a few. You can correct them. I still loved it. Agree with Soumitra is that this is one of the better covers of this beautiful song.

One more note, I thought your mix sounded better. Good job!

Feel and expressions are excellent. I guess, the pitching issues are because you were not able hear yourself – try using one of the two head phones (instead of both). I am sure you will sound great once you take care of this.
