good attempt Anirban……landing notes sounded shaky, i mean were vibrating in the 1st antara….u tried to render this softly….and succeeded almost……sounded to me like u reduced the original pitch a bit…a half note….did u?

one honest suggestion, if u trying to sing HAR PAL YAHA softly with expressions then make sure the all words are audible……some places I could hear the hAR……the initial H is lost in the process……or boost up the HAR volume a tad so that every word is audible…

nevertheless, i liked it….hope u dont mind my comments……overall, good job………

Anirban ….very good singing ….very expressive rendition too …liked it. You created the mood very well, however your voice in this mix is not very crisp….could hear 2 voices…could be the setting of the echo….keep on singing these soulful melodies….har pal yahan jhi bhar jiyo :-)

Anirban,
You’ve sung this well man. I liked it. I agree with the others about the ending notes. Extending those would have made this effort more expressive. With regards to mixing, I think the problem is with your echo/reverb plugin. I am not sure where you are applying it in the signal chain. Do some research on that.

Hi Anirbhan…good attempt at singing this song. Sonu nigam’s style is generally difficult to reproduce because of the way he emotes in a song. I think that is a spot you might have to concentrate. Also try and get a better karaoke or just put up your plain voice.

Well sung Anirban. Created the mood well though the tempo was a bit higher than the original. Loved it a lot. You got a good voice.

I think maybe you had some problem in the ending of the song though was quite well done after all.
