WAS inspired to do one more today but more
heavily with drums at least i tried too……
Friday morning early and on Monday morning i
am going in for a procedure to the hospital
that will or should reduce my pain that i ve
been fighting with for year.s…it will b
inseverall stages and also toward the end
they will use radio frequency waves for my
neck and back . again all stemming from health
issue and car accident eight yrs ago .
So that s why the inspiration to keep my mind
off the unknown but im sure all will go well.
they will b putting me to sleep … and procedure
botht of them is about an hour. ea.
Wil let u know the out come and appreciate
the prayers as usual…i hope u like this …
wanted to do something different . and i
think if u listen to more of the drums.
i hopeu feel i incorporated some new beats.

lots of rest after procedure. at hospital
stage one.have 2 go back Monday for stage 2
